Artists Agreement

ARTIST AGREEMENT

This Artist Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between [Name of Artist] ("Artist"), and [SAND SNC] ("Company").

  1. Scope of Services: Artist shall provide Company with the following services:

    a. Delivery of digital images of the artwork to be used in the creation of the framebook.

    b. Collaboration with Company to determine the design and layout of the framebook.

    c. Assistance with the promotion and sale of the framebook.

  2. Compensation: Artist shall receive a percentage of the revenue generated from the sale of the framebook, to be determined by the parties in writing prior to the sale of any products.

  3. Intellectual Property: Artist retains all rights to the artwork and any intellectual property associated with it. Company shall have the right to use the artwork solely for the creation of the framebook and for promotional purposes related to the framebook.

  4. Warranties: Artist represents and warrants that they are the sole owner of the artwork and have the right to enter into this Agreement. Artist also warrants that the artwork is original and does not infringe on any intellectual property rights of third parties.

  5. Indemnification: Artist shall indemnify and hold harmless Company from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from any breach of this Agreement by Artist or from any third-party claim that the artwork infringes on their intellectual property rights.

  6. Term and Termination: This Agreement shall commence on the date of execution and shall continue until terminated by either party upon written notice to the other.

  7. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State/Country], without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law provisions.

  8. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.
